the hotel location is excellent. it is a short walk to chinatown's attractions and eateries. the mrt station is nearby, providing easy access across the city. i found the room clean and spacious, suiting my needs perfectly for a comfortable stay.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited. i think more variety would greatly enhance the dining experience .

The room was so clean and fresh. i loved the shower. It was the best shower ever! friendly staff were efficient! especially the concierge, he helped with a very early check-in and a late check-out.
the check-in queue was long when i arrived at 4pm. i waited for about an hour.

The room was very clean. I loved its spacious design. The location is GREAT, close to many restaurants. I used the changing rooms upon arrival. They provided a very convenient service.
The hotel provided only three nespresso pods. MORE pods would be perfect.

decent stay, service needs improvement
slow check-inluggage assistance
My check-in process was slow. i arrived in the afternoon. there seemed to be confusion about interconnecting rooms, as we booked one but were given adjacent, NON-connecting rooms. moving luggage was difficult, as no help was offered. I had to manage heavy bags MYSELF. This made things inconvenient.
